Please, help... downloaded fotos to PC but have no idea how to resize them... no photoshop programm, i have tried everything i could but no success....

Open the picture with Microsoft Office Picture Manager then click on Edit Picture you will see a pop-up window on the right hand side, slect the Resize option and then slect the fourth option Percentage of the orignal width x height and set to 50% or any size you like.

Open the pic in PAIN program the normal one..
Then go to image " near file, edite, view..etc
Then choose stretch/skew
Reduce the size from “100 %” to lets say “50%" or depend
what do u want
Save the changes..
And enjoy ur life

or you can try it saving in paint..it will less the size of the photo..

Which picture format are you using?
You can do basic editing with MS paint.
Very easy, open your pictures with Microsoft Office Picture Manager then go the picture - resize, you can select which size you want the pics to be.

What format is it in? If it's BMP you can open it up in mspaint and save it as a JPG (or JPEG). That will reduce it's size some.
