Smart card driver

any one can help me to install a smart card driver my friend is using a hukoomi login for his sponser can u plz tell me wher i can get dis driver i have software for that from www.gov.qa.

i have uploaded the driver for you at zshare.net. here is the download link.

another easier way to download the driver is through windows update, just connect the card reader, let it get detected, in the new hardware found wizard - select the option to find the driver online, if this doesnt work, cancel the wizard, go to internet explorer>Tools>windows update > click on the custom button. it may take a while but the driver is there.
