Roaming from Dubai to India with Qtel Phone

Recently I tried to call to India from Dubai with a Qtel prepaid mobile but failed . There was Du connection .They asked me call 100# . I tried but failed . Initially I though it may be due to low amount but I loaded enough money before leaving Qatar . It never happended during my days in Kuwait with ZAIN mobile all over the world . I know there may be ways to get out of it . Can anybody give the answers ?

No , because Qtel has a roaming agreement with dU and not etisalat

Du is known to have a poor network. I too have experienced that with Du but when switching on to Etisalat, it works fine. Did you try Etisalat?
