What was the reason for ooredoo's downtime?

They should have freebies to compensate for the downtime if it has something to do with their servers. Likewise, they should also keep their lines of communication open for people who wan't to report their issue instead of puting them on hold.Atleast someone could explain it to us.

But the good thing with the downtime my scripts work now.. hehe
