a question about World Of Worldcraft (Recruit A Friend) service..???

My friend (H) & i bought the game (Battle Chest - US).
Another friend of ours (let's call him M) already had the game for long time & he recruited my friend using the (Recruit a Friend) service.
They are linked together now.

My friend (H) upgraded from Trial Account using the Battle Chest Serials.

When my recruited friend (H) is trying to send me a (Recruit a Friend) invitation.
It is telling him that the email is sent & waiting for me to accept.
But i don't get any email.

let's say, if our friend (M) sends another recruit a friend invitaion to me, & i accept it & create an account.
will i be linked to both of them. (H) too ?
