Qtel ADSL
By speedtronic •
Hello, I have applied for Qtel ADSL services but I haven't received any appointment since then(more than 15 days now).
They told me that it will take approx. 7 days. Someone has any idea that how long will it take?
Good day speedtronic
I have requested more information but till now no respond. So how we can help you?
wol1:
No the information you providing are not realistic. Yes we can provide both DEL + ADSL in one shoot and one visit. Except if customer applied for DEL and them he changed his mind and applied for ADSL also.
Regards
they will call for your appointment date. First they install the land line connection. Then they will tell you that they will install your ADSL after 15 days or more. Next you have to wait for days, weeks, months until you return here to shoutout your frustration. Goodluck for waiting!
please PM me...

If Qtel can't supply? Then who is going to provide me with internet & landline services in Qatar?
Shouldn't Qtel be covering whole Qatar?
I don't know what to say but same is the case with my ATM card. I opened an account in QNB 35 days ago & I still haven't got it. Now, I have given up any hopes for getting it & also stopped following QNB for my card.
If QTEL can't supply the service they don't bother letting you know. They just let you hang.
You have to call 115, give your account number and get a live person.
If you don't have an account number you have to go to their office.
This kind of poor customer service is STILL going on right now despite the impending battle with Vodafone.
It took them to install mine 10 calender days after the initial application.
They did install it yesterday so this is pretty recent info!
Those are statements. Call 111. You may need to wait for another 15.
it may take time, but call Qtel and ask- they are the only one's that can give you a proper answer for your case.
It normally takes around 10 days, i think u should expect a call anytime.
