problem with my laptop

I bought a new lap .I had just installed the Windows 8.I get a blue screen and a problem code DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL that forces a reboot every time. I cannot access a Safe Boot, so I would really appreciate it, if someone could give me some advice. Can any one help me to solve the problem?..

you should contact a computer expert ASAP.

Windows 8 will normally look for a compatibility for the installation. I don't know how did it allow you to install.
