problem with laptop

Can any one help me to resolve or provide the information for the following problem with my laptop?

Problem:
Laptop is not starting with normal mode

Sony Vio Laptop , Model – VNG – CR363 , Windows Vista Home Premium operating system

in my opnion mate go for window 7 if u need to install call me on this number i can install for u and its the best one my number 6003462

might have been hard disk failure. I got a friend of mine who have the same problem as yours. some sony vaio laptop release have problems with fans and harddisk. better check or bring your laptop to the authrorized sone service center.

type your problem 'Laptop is not starting with normal mode' in google and you would get many answers

Bettter take it to the authorized sony service center. Modern Home/East 51 aside from Jarir Bookstore on salwa Road.
