put the cd/dvd and restart ur computer .. and at the begining hit the f12 or f11 button and they will ask u which drive to boot with .. check the dvd rom and the system will start automatically .. follow the instruction

Formatting is about the easiest IT-related procedure to do. Whenever our IT can't fix a problem with a pc, they tell me that god-awefull sentence, "We need to format!!!". It takes about 40 minutes & you'll be back in business.
1) restart your machine, and as soon as you see the screen turned off, start pressing the DELETE key and the F2 key like crazy (to enter the BIOS). I don't know which one so I usually just press both, won't do no harm.
2) Once you enter BIOS, look for Boot Device Priority (usually in Advanced Settings) and put the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM as the first boot device.
3) press F10 to save & exit. (or whatever button the screen tells you to press and pop in that Windows CD and there ya go.
Just download the Windows XP or Windows 7 Installation file. Burn it on to a disc, pop it in and everythin else is self explainatory. Youtube for more help. You dont have to pay anyone for things like formatting.
Just remember to backup your hardware drivers using driver max
