Need Help

I have a wireless internet connection. and was wondering if i can get a mobile phone that will be able use Skype through the wireless connection. i need to use the Cam also. what would be my options?

I hv a laptop but i am not given administrator access to install skype :( much appreciate your advice, thanks in advance.

yes, you can use skype through your mobile. however, im using fring as a voip application. and for the cam, that im not sure. usually, mobile apps have limited functionality compared to comps..
