He is Looking for A job in the field of System administrator, But he has no experience,and he is very talented hard working Person also he is just 22 years of age.he is just 2 weeks in QATAR, Please guide Me.

This sounds, he is holding a visit or transit visa....

check on the top RHS search box and pick up the ideal recruiting companies from threads.

Check daily classified and post/fax CV's on regular basis.

If he is here with work visa, he must be having a sponsor who should be his employer. Working for anyone other than sponsor is illegal here.
