regarding wep key, you might have requested Qtel to block the Wlan access to prevent unauthorized access. Thats a 10 digit key, which can be used to access your Wlan.If you had forgot, then call Qtel and reset to a new key.

It worked.
You may have to manually define the access point. Settings-Connection-Access Points-"Your network name"
Options-Edit-Advance Settings-IpV4 Settings:
I use:
Phone IP: 192.168.1.55
(Better check the IP in your computer that connects to this network and use a similar IP my comp is 192.168.1.51)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
Primary DNS: 212.77.192.59
Secondary DNS: 212.77.192.60
