The best for your home and work use should be around 5000Qr a Dell or IBM
The prices really vary a lot and are in the range of 1000 to 6000 QR. Depends what you need or want. Good specs, are available in the range of 2000 to 3000 QR.
i know a freind who bought Toshiba laptop excellent one from States for about 2700QR that is plus tax. where they sell it in Qatar for more than 5000QR. so if you are coming from States I say buy it from there and get international warranty

Depends where your home country is. If its Malaysia, buy from Home.
its much better to buy it here in qatar because here its only 0% tax not like in other countries where in the prices goes up because of taxes and the profit of the one who is selling it
