Linksys router EA2700 setting

I have one OOREDOO Linksys EA2700 router spare with me I need to configure it as repeater but not able to access.

I tried to reset it but not going to default ip (192.168.1.1)

then I tried 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.100.200

when I am checking in command prompt ipconfig/all its giving default i/p empty

Even I down load setup software but its not going more than 25%.

I am using windows 10

If any body can help it will be great
