LCD COMPUTER MONITOR PROBLEM

hi guys!just wanted to know if you can give some diagnose to my lcd computer monitor problem?i just noticed 2 days ago and until now there's a moving visible shadow going up in my monitor and it really keeps me annoying whenever i'm using it.any advise and comments are welcome.thanks...

Ensure that you are using correct 3 Pin Power Socket for LCD connection. Try changing the input power connection or the RGB Cable. Good Luck !!!

May be some other electronic equipment interfering, other possible cause cable connected to pc defective,if problem solved then good luck if no then is this fault starts immediately after switching on lcd or after some times ????
