If I Buy an iPhone 4 in uk with Vodafone uk ( June 24 ) will it work here?

Hi I will be Purchasing an iPhone 4 on Vodafone Pay monthly. But will it work here until Vodafone qatar has the MicroSim? I Badly want an iPhone 4 functioning Please Message back & tell me if there's other way to get it working here :)

Bought mine from www.aido.com. They have ready stocks available and my brand new iPad reached me even before one day I expected.

I am happy to tell you that Vodafone will definitely sell Iphone 4 real soon here in Qatar.

And to make things better, Vodafone's Micro SIM card is already available on our Retail Stores.
