How to set up Wireless Internet in my New Laptop???

I can access a wireless connection but everytime i opened the explorer i cannot access???whats wrong? or how can I set up or do i need to set up something??How and Where???

Call Q-Tel on 111 and follow the prompts (2 for english and 3 for internet) when an operator answers, tell him/her the problem they will tell you what to do to get your explorer working.
