how to send MMS?

hi everyone,

have you experienced sending MMS (Multimedia Messaging) to your friend back home? can anyone tell me why i cannot send MMS! My friend send me a MMS and i received it right away but when i about to send also they cannot received it instead they received a website link. i call already the qtel customer service but noone knows the exact reason behind it.

can anyone help me please how to send it directly so that they will not receive a link or whatsover...
