How to connect PC - VGA to CRT TV - RCA

I have a Desktop Computer and a CRT TV, I want to connect my PC to my CRT TV and watch the online movies on my TV. I need all of your help on this because on my PC I have a VGA port and on my TV I have RCA ports (composite video - Yellow, stereo audio - White and Red). I checked on the internet and I came to know that we should use PC to TV converter in order to do this connection, but the question is, in Qatar from where I can buy this PC to TV converter?
