How to complain against TOSHIBA Photocopier Supplier
I have a lot of complaints against the TOSHIBA photocopier and Printer supplier in Doha. They are supplying photo copier and printers and then we cannot get any parts or cartridges from anywhere else. Their staff also don't care about customers. They sell their products on the rates of their own choice, as you cannot get it anywhere else. They have monopoly here in Qatar and don't care to attend any complaint of the customers.
I want to complain to TOSHIBA Head Officer probably in Japan. Can somebody let me have correct information of how to complain and to whom should I address. Better if I can have E-Mail ID.

I know it's too late, but service here sucks for EVERYTHING. The first thing I always ask is "what about consumables?"
Canon are pretty useless for toner, so I bought a Samsung printer as PC one had lots of stock.
now TOSHIBA is coming from china , not from Japan , pls find with Google , Toshiba china made
