Has anyone used Vonage in Qatar?

Hello everyone,

I am moving to Qatar soon. I live in the US and my family is in Brazil. I have used vonage here to communicate with my family and I love it. My idea is to get a third line to take with me to Qatar. Does it work? How is the Internet service there? I have heard different stories?

I used vonage a couple of years back and it worked fine. But I use Skype these days
