Hala Balance

My Hala balance hasn't changed in days. I've used it a few times since putting money on the balance. It's stuck or something. I'm just worried it will cut me off in the middle of a call. I used the sim application that is on the sim and I also did *129# but it's still wrong. Any ideas what else I could try? I suppose one option is to buy a 10QR card and see if it goes up.

with QR 10 its wont change the days, so u have to put QR 30 or 50, dial 111 and they will fix your problem

Don't moan about this. I wish my balance would be stuck so I always then would have a credit and don't need to top up.
