Email tracking through QTEL

Salamalaikum,

Can someone help me on this please.
I am getting some harrasing emails on my personal email id and would like to seek some help from QTEL to track the sender of these emails.
I found the senders IP address in the email.
Does anyone know whom to contact in QTEL and how does this work?
