It would be more convinient for us to answer if we knew your present location (is it Qatar or abroad?). I will proceed considering that you are abroad.

In order to process VISA for senior / middle management type positions, it is necessary that the education certificate be produced. The authencity of this certificate is determined by the HRD & Qatar Ministry of Froreign Affairs stamp on the certificate. I do not think that they require your original certificate with these stamps on it UNTIL you arrive in Qatar. It is also much safer that way.

You should definately conuslt with the HR of your organization and confirm if they still want the original sent or would a copy with the required stamp (HRD & Qatar Embassy)suffice?

hi...in Qatar apply for good profession RP there should be a digree certificate attested from concered authority,if you still in INDIA please take your certificate to the ministry of higher education(mumbai) get stamp from there,then bring it to the home dipartment for signature verification of MHE,then send to Qatar embasy in MUmbai.otherwise you can attest it from here in Doha Indian embassy(but must get stamped from home dipartment in India).but better do all this from India (it chaep and time saving) if you allready in Qatar.send to your relative for all this process.
