Can some one help me please....

Hi there. Is there anyone who can help me with a problem I am having on my computer. I am unable to get my emails from Qtel, I can connect and see the emails but can't open them. Secondly, I want to use Microsoft Outlook for emails but keep getting error messages which I don't understand. I desperately need someone to help me.!!! I am willing to pay a fee for your time???

Dear if ur willing to pay a fee then simply take ur oomputer to LA MERCURE HOTEL [aka SOFITEL HOTEL] located on MUSHEIRIB ROAD. There are numerous COMPUTER shops who can assist you to solve ur these problems.
