Any update on unlocking iPhone 3GS 3.1.3

Does anybody have an update on when there might be a release of the unlocking software for the iPhone 3GS with 3.1.3
I have heard reports of it being anywhere from the next couple of hours to not until the next release of the firmware.
If anybody believes they can do this now I would love to hear from them so I can make use of my QR2500 paperweight!

why dont you try pwnage tool. they have 3.1.3. black rain has not released the latest ver though. it will be much easier if you use black rain. coz it will do much faster jail breaking
