any body using mozaic sms chat service ?

does any one has a problem using mozaic sms chat resently?
i've been using this service for quite sometime now with few of my friends,but since yesterday it appears that they are sending me text messages thru this and i'm not recieving it,even if i send them they dont get it as well.even though the reply path says it is delivered and it was charged by Qtel. any one has a problem like this?
