ADSL connectivity

See, we have 2 locations, one in Al Sadd and second in Wakra. Both locations, we taken ADSL 512kbps and connected one location with Speedtouch 580 router and other with Qtel's default modem. We need to access the oracle data base server running in one network that connected with Qtel's modem from the Router connected network. I have tested with some stuff, but no benefit...
Can anybody tell in a detailed step by step infor to do this? Anybody having such a solution implemented in Qatar?

Boss this is along process you need two new routers that has VPN option and have work around to get connected.

My suggestion is to get some Experts for doing this

Use Gre tunneling, but u'll have to change routers i guess. These routers don't support gre.
