OREEDO
Its now suprised for me that Oreedoo is not like before 4 years back.
All field and customer service staff always saying different words changes in hourly basis.
Infact no one knows what they are doing. Main is that on firld work just biased ppl are working.
Which i informed to Oreedo already.
I requested application mozaic with copper on 31st march 16.
One stupid field surveyor came and said dont worry every thing ok in 2 days as your orignal application is copper and he did against woth his words.
When due to some issues i gave a hard time he reported survey that in my flat nothing is available so stupid customer service ppl changed the date and now will be 29th to complete as fibre work. Before they said wothin 10 days now woth in 2 month.I said in application check its copper then why u r playing with ppl by saying wrong wrong stories.
I told copper is active give me copper then later u can transfer to fibre. Check my application with copper only.
But no affect due to nationality issue he gave wrong info to Oreedoo head office and i am suffering.
I told to all including 15 calls to customer service and oredoo office visit by requesting that i need it urgent due to my work nature.
But they are not like before all biased ppl are working who are guving priorities on nationalities basis and these are Asians only.
Even wifi and 4g services are not upto the mark in overall.

Survey man was from India and gave wrong feed back to their Oreedo office so i made it 7th complain today at city centre office.
My friend applied 5 days ago and yesterday he was enjoying the services.
This surveyman was biased i already made complaint for him since instead of my turn, he was facilitating others who was from his same Country.
He blocked me over phone. So he is guilty and no curtacy to say sorry.
Such a basterd person was from the survey team!
Still i am suffering due to him no connection yet!
Even the Wifi & 4G connects only to certain nationalities only.....lol
Right. Customer Service is non-existent in Qatar, no matter what your nationality is!
I'm confused - What has nationality got to do with poor customer service ?
