Qatar Living Properties wraps up another successful Cityscape
Qatar Living Properties (QLP) successfully concluded its participation at the ninth edition of the country’s most prestigious and influential real estate and networking event, Cityscape Qatar 2021, held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center last week.
Cityscape this year saw QL Properties and Qatar Living as official property portal partners and online partners respectively, which was well received by the attendees at the major event that convened the region’s top real estate leaders, developers, and government entities.
QL Properties hosted a booth at the three-day event with several members of the team present on the ground to welcome visitors to take a closer look at QL, and QL Properties in particular.
Visitors at the booth had a chance to chat with QL staff and enjoy a cup of Karak, in addition to the opportunity of entering a prize draw to win the latest Samsung devices, including a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, sponsored by Al Anees.
Head of QL Properties, Shiraz Zaman shared some insights into this year’s edition of Cityscape, which shines a spotlight on how the real estate sector drives the country’s growth and development.
“Cityscape reveals the direction in which this entire country is headed towards. UDC, Qatari Diar, Barwa and Msheireb once again proved that there is so much more still to come, while Qetaifan Project is ready to inspire the world,” he noted.
“After missing a year due to COVID-19, I think it was high time for a return and it was a strong return. The exhibitions from Ariane Real Estate, UDC, Barwa, Msheireb, and Qatari Diar were of course phenomenal. The plans from Qetaifan Projects, particularly their newly signed agreement with Dar Al Arkan from Saudi Arabia, is very exciting news for Qatar,” he added.
Talking about the QL Properties booth and the response it received, Shiraz said, “We went bigger this year. Our first stand back in 2018 was a shell scheme. Our second stand was an enhanced shell scheme and our stand this year was a bespoke build.”
“This development over time is a great visual representation of how QL Properties is going from strength to strength - providing our clients with great leads and quality service at unbeatable rates.
“We welcomed some of our amazing clients to the QLP stand over the three days of Cityscape Qatar 2021. We spoke to managing directors from FGRealty, Nelson Park Property, and Alternative Line For Real Estate as well as representatives from Bin Al Sheikh, Ariane Real Estate, and Qetaifan Projects.
“We were able to let Qatar real estate agencies see how our website and social media statistics are head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to property marketing,” he said.
