where can I have my old gold jewelries redesigned?

Hi everyone..My sister and I was just curious if there is any shop were we could have our old gold jewelries re-modeled or redesigned and if anyone has an idea of the cost.. and also if that shop offers jewelry repair coz my pendant so close to falling off..thanx!!!
