Recommendation for a female tailor / seamstress please

I am looking for a tailor/seamstress who can copy a beautiful cocktail dress for me (i.e. provide material and make the dress). I am having a baby so I need the dress to be made "maternity-friendly".

I would be grateful for any recommendations.
