Go to The Boutique at Y Village,Heidi is fantastic and has a fabulous new salon!

there is a salon in the hyatt plaza hotel........its called nails & thats all thy do nails, they are very good or u could try the salon in regency hotel which 1 of my work colleagues uses she said its excellent for manicure & pedicure the girls name there is ralf she is lebanese,good luck :-D
