How to reduce fat from stomach

i have a normal body but there is stomach come out. is there is any exercise to reduce it and what kind of food shall i eat to finish this problem

as always! crunches/sit ups/ Do lots of walking and drink lots of water, Try not to eat so much bread or products with flour and cut back on sugar but don't cut it out all together cause you will crave for it even more.
