If I may, I suggest that you revisit your current diet. Acne is caused by internal body toxins. It occurs when your body contains more toxins than your kidneys, bowels and liver can remove. These toxins are then expelled through your skin. Hormone imbalance is another main cause for acne. Focusing on the right type of natural food you consume can cleanse your body of these acne causing toxins. There is also a food group that can help produce enough prostaglandins which is vital to keep your hormones in balance to solve your acne problems.

I wrote an article regarding this in my blogspot.

Hi, try this:

Mix honey with cinnamon. Apply a small amount to the area of your pimples only (not the whole face) overnight. It helps to dry the pimples or acne.

Rose is right..better consult a skin specialist..a dermatologist to be specific. Don't go to salons that offer facial or acne removal, it just might aggravate the situation.

1. Drink plenty of water

2. Get plenty of rest and sleep

3. Avoid stress

4. Avoid oily foods, chocolates and other foods that triggers the increase of oil in the skin

5. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables especially rich in Vit C or citrus..helps makes the skin clear and vivacious

6. Before going to bed make sure you have a clean face

7. Do not prick pimples as this will cause more irritation

8. Pamper your skin once a week like giving a steam facial, putting a peeling mask that can take away skin impurities but make sure the brand that you choose for face mask suits your skin type.
