Hair Dressing

I'm looking for a hairdresser who can cut and colour western hair - specifically someone who has experience with blonde hair/highlighting. I've been given a couple of numbers but neither of them seem to be working (nothing is ever simple in the gulf!). Can anyone give me a recommendation of someone they have personally used? Cost isn't an issue.

I do my hair at al-mashatha. A lady by the name of Janet is very good. I used to do my hair at professional loreal stylists previously and coming here also found it difficult. I have found al-mashatha is good and they use and sell loreal products as well.
