ear plugs/stretchers?

does anyone know where you can get ear plugs/stretchers from in qatar? i honestly wouldn't know where to look. i'm on 5mm at the moment (brought back home) and i would to put them up to 10mm. any ideas?

also, i don't need you to tell me they look gross, i do have a mother.. :P

you can get in city centre, on top floor near amusement a shop called IN IN MIND

if there is no medical reason and I assume it is cosmetic only you can not get here... the closest would be Lebanon.. best order online or ask someone to bring for you..
