there is a shop right opp souq diera, next to rawnaq that stiches frilly gowns in any colour and fabric for children,even as young as 1 year old. they even have ready dresses on display.

i have seen a similar shop at the abbaya street in muntaza area, its the lane that starts from the muntaza park and leads to the muntaza health centre, they have lots of tailoring shops and abbaya shops, its one shop among them, cant miss it, since they too have dresses on display.

don't go to city centre or any other malls. It's prety expensive and not quality. Go to the souk area just behind the standard charted bank or beside al rownak shop nice tailor shop available with plenty of collections. you can get a readymade or stich and nice party dress for your baby.

why do not you buy it ready made. they usually have a nice collection for this age at sanaa in city center with good price
