Registration of unknown accident in parking to get police certificate in Metrash 2

Hi Everyone,

Need your advice and help how to register a unknown accident in metrash 2 app when my car is damaged in parking slot by myself. If anyone have registered similar situation in metrash2 and got the police report please advice. Because if i try to register under unknown accident it is asking for delegate QID if i give my QID it is saying the same id cannot be provided. In this case how to get a police accident report to claim the insurance.

Do not know if the below helps, my experience last year,

I damaged by car on both sides while parking at resident parking lot, I took a photo and went to the traffic dept.

They will not give a letter for repairs, they will tell you to return after a week, to see if any other vehicle has similar damages.
