You need to know the Govt policy for work visa,There is no work visa exist in the UK.In technical language it is called Tier 2 visa and it is not granted to candidate directly.It is sent to the Sponsor company and every registered company has been granted a sponsor Ref No if they want to employ oversees employees. How you could arrange a job sitting here when thousands of jobseekers jobless in the UK?
