Hi to all there,
am about to start a business in Doha with my German friends, and i was thinking about a place for our company and also a place for me to live in.
then i had the idea to rent or buy a villa or a suitable place where i can make it for both purposes. 1: part for company office and. 2: part for me to live in at the same place. like to let ground floor for company and first floor for me and separate them cause anyway i like my living place to be so quiet separated and independent.
i don't know if this can be possible and when yes in which part of Doha?

hope you give me your advices there, any ideas and advices will be appreciated so much.
