Why do hairspas and nailspas open so late??

You drop your child off at nursery at 8am and then you wonder if you can enjoy some peaceful manicure and pedicure and a hot coffee in villaggio. But guess what at 8.30am villaggio is like a ghost house. Only cleaners cleaning and carrefour and starbucks are open. I asked around what time the medical spa here would open and they said at 11. Does anyone know any nailspas and hairplace that is open by 9am??
