Where can we look for NGO here, who are willing to help displaced workers, abused and others?

I have here my fellow citizen who badly needed our support. He accidentally fell down from a 4.5 meters depth in the working site and is now in the Hamad hospital last 2 days ago. Until now, I still dont know more info about what he suffered. Yesterday while very busy working on site. My Boss called me (He is an Indian Muslim) and asked me If I know the situation of that man, and I replied " I don't know. He said why not knowing; He is your countrymen. Deep Inside,I was a little bit embarassed about myself. Yesterday, I myself was not focused, many of us were thinking about the Christmas celebration at home. While going to site, I greet a couple of people Merry Christmas! Yes, I, They smiled but deep in our heart there's a longing for home this holiday season. We are here to sacrifice not only for ourselves but to others. This season of internal joy may be well spent if we are going to visit the needy, Instead of having parties / recreation for the holiday.
My boss handed me some help for that guy and I was deeply moved of what he did. Helping one another could surpass the difference between cultures, religion or race. And it is very evident for me. I promised myself to go, help and visit this guy today and give what my boss is given to him. I am inviting people with good hearts to do the same. I will spend my christmas in the Hospital to give him moral support. Anyone who is willing to do the same is very much welcome. The man named Mr. Ferdinand Mangalino (Filipino). He is scheduled to leave qatar in the first week of January because he was part of the employees laid off because of financial crisis.

For more info...
Here is my contact number 5197546 / you can make a short visit to this man.

Thank You So much & Merry Christmas!
