Whats wrong with new Qtel-Inrnt Connections?

I applied for home internet before 6 month....up to now they did not connect!
what i will do,where i will complaint?
and they have reason for optic fiber installation...

From my experience for the last seven years on three occasions where I have to apply for a new landline & internet for my new house, they will never call you. All you have to do is to follow up on daily basis with Customer Service @ 111. In Sept 2012, I applied for Mosaic TV on my fibre optic line. So far nearly three months nobody from Qtel call me to update the status or fix an appointment for installation. They monopolizing the market on landline internet/fibre optic line, hence never expect their service that meets customer expectation (at least at average level). Let’s hope something good from Vodafone soon.
Same here.NO TV since 45days..i shifted my home...Its been more than a month they have not given me a new connection.I even called the head of the dept of qtel,they are like its some problem with IT dept,the IT dept say that some address is wrong, its the Customer Service dept problem...they have confirmed that they will come today...am waiting...
they will not contact you .its you who have to call customer care of Qtel and fix the appointment so accordingly they will message you the detail of appointment .
