800 is basic salary for full month daily 8 hrs.

800*12/365/8 ..... ?

800/208......... ?

Which calculation should adopt to arrive per hour rate.

Over Time = 800/30 /8=3.33 per hour

one month =30 day ,daily hour= 8 hour
