What happened to QTels promotion of cinema tickets for 2 for 35 riyals

I visited The Mall cinema after a long time and found out that they have stopped accepting the QTels prmotion where you sms FILM to 92000 and recieve an sms that will get you 2 tickets for 35 riyals at Landmark or Royal Plaza or The Mall cinema.

However, I visited a QTel store to inquire about the offer, and they said the offer is still valid. It seems like there is a mis-communication between the two company's.
