I mean, Doha is a little town and i was wondering what more to do here besides going shopping, movies, etc. I'm new here. And its like the boredom is quite killing me. :D Hope you guys can give me ideas! Replies would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Cheers,
Paul

How about getting involved in some sporting activity? Are you interested in rugby or kick boxing or running - they have clubs set up for that sort of thing? Buy Marhaba book and look at clubs in there. It would be a good way for you to make friends with other expats. Getting out of Doha on the weekend is great - if you havent tried it already going out to the beach next to Sealine resort and hiring quad bike to blast up and down the dunes or 4wh driving throught the dunes is such cool fun - I am sure you would love that. You can hire jet skis out there as well. Anyway hope that gives you some ideas.
