Wash-your-own-clothes Laundry stores?
In the US we have those stores with coin-operated washing and drying machines. You go there with your own laundry and soap, and wash your clothes. Are there any places here that offer this service? I don't want to spend a fortune have my underwear and socks cleaned at a Dry Cleaner every week.

I live in a small room in a hotel, so it seems that this is the only option (buying a very small washing machine).
There are some really small washing machines in the market - so perfect for singles and for those who live in a small place. To save some space you can simply arrange your dining table over your washing machine. There are many workshops where you can order such table. If you don't want to use it as a dining one, you can put on it your suitcases (or whatever you want) and place your washing machine under it. Be creative ;)
They are everywhere in the world and great places to meet single chicks!! (That's why they don't have them here.)
Guys sometimes people live in accommodation that is basically a hotel room. There is nowhere to put a washing machine. While living in one of these I would have loved what the OP is asking for.
The answer is a washing machine...
Why don't you buy a washing machine? Or atleast wash your socks etc. by yourself with your hands and all other clothes send to dry clean.
Never see those here. Dry cleaners are pretty cheap here though.
