Wakeboarding

I have a friend who is leaving Doha very shortly who wants to try her hand at wake boarding. It is her birthday this week and I was hoping to try and arrange something.

Does anyone know of anyone/where who could take someone out for an hour or so this week? I am going to head to the Diplomatic Club and ask them. Has anyone used them before? If so what is it like?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

and the sheraton have boats and take people out for waterskiing/wakeboarding. Call all the big hotels and get their rates. We were not impressed with the Sheraton as their driver was inexperienced. By the way, we took our own equipment. You may want to check to see who has a good driver and decent equipment. Good luck
