Subject: Irresponsible of Customer Care
I would like to inform you that my experience with Vodafone Customer Care regarding migration from red to freedom migration.
I had visited your Vilagio Vodafone outlet on March 25, 2010 evening to migrate my red account to freedom account.
From one of your staff I came to know that it will take around 5 minutes (maximum) to finish the migration process, when I agreed to do that she validate my credit card and deducted 1 QR at the same time which was paid back after some hours, she asked me to come again after 1 hour, after one hour she asked me again to pay 26 QR instead of paying 35QR which is the initial payment and which is equal to 36QR credit , I paid the amount through credit card, after deducting the amount she said it will take couple of hours to get credit.
I purchased re-charge coupon from the same counter and loaded my account for my immediate use, before leaving the counter the representative has promised that it will be activated within couple of hours.
After 24hrs (On March 26, 2010 ) I called customer care service to know the status (Mr. Ahamed) he could not give me a genuine reason why it is so, also he gave me another 24 hrs to wait and the same time Vodafone deducted 1 QR again from credit card which was paid back after some hours.
Next day, after 48hrs (On March 27, 2010 ) again I called customer care service to know the status, unfortunately nobody has taken any interest to sort out this problem, they does not know how to give proper reply to customers because of lack of information about Vodafone system, they will disconnect the line when they are unable to give me a reply which is not acceptable and they spoiling my time also. They have repeated the same thing many times.
Finally on March 28, 2010 I did many calls to 111 to get the status of my request but in vain, because all are asking wait for 24 hours without any genuine reason.
Yesterday (29th March 2010), I have spend more than 1 hour with one of your supervisor staff, Mr. Ahamed hasen Osama and explained the whole story of this, after some time he informed that Vodafone Qatar has not made any business with me and also not received any single riyal from my credit card for this migration process. (Please check copy of the transaction details, which has taken from online account details). I was shocked, really I was not expected this kind of reply from one your senior staff and he also asked me to me to wait 24 hours. When the time was over I made call and talked to the above person, and he asked me to visit the vilagio mall outlet again and meet somone to sort out the issue.
For the careless of Vodafone, why should I visit again and again to Vodafone outlet inVilagio mall I have no time to spend such a small thing. Currently I am staying in Messaid, for reaching to the same outlet I need to spend minimum 100Qr for taxi (both side).
Your are kindly requested to sort out as soon as possible and also I am expecting a favorable and stable answer from your end.

I am not blaming or ur system, still I have trust on Vodafone coz ur positive response only .... otherwise I will not use vodafone sim since I have three Q-tel sim cards with me, which I am not using ...
I did many calls to ur C.care, after my agreement with Mr. Olly , ur c.care champions are failed to help me when I asked them to forward the call to Mr. Olly , they said they don’t know the person ……

I am not telling that u are not helping me, I know that you are doing hard work to make ur customers happy !!
Don't worry Mr. Andy I will not make any more negative comments or I will not call 111 to get credit/or solve this issue ....... I have to 27 days more as both of us agreed with ICT-Qatar.

Each day you post contradicting remarks. Since you posted we have done everything we can to help you out. I know it is our issue and we provide a service and it should not happen, but it did and we are working to resolve it. Why do you think we were cheating you? Yesterday we said we would try to have a resolution for your low credit issue. I think we have been very fair in dealing with you and all the negitive comments are not reflecting on us in the same fair manner. At the moment there is nothing more I can do other than say sorry and that we will have it resolved as soon as we can.

fromy.day evening up to posting this above reply they are not responding .....
but now I received positive message from Mr.Andrew Kelly with more credit ...... he said they have problem in their system…so ...... I have to trust them
But every time I need to wake up them to do their Job ....
Make up your mind. How did they cheat you now firose? weren't you happy with them just a day back?

If you are a Freedom customer and your recharge failes due to a Vodafone system issue you will not lose your minutes. :)

im on Flexi plan 35, what happens to automatic reloading from my VISA card??? it's almost 2 weeks now that my vodafone have no load and it's still not being reloaded automatically... Is there a connivance between the banks and qtel? just asking ^_^

Thanks, we try to help our customers whenever we can, sometimes through facebook, qatarliving or iloveqatar.net.
